S&N is committed to effeciency, automation and technology. We accomplish this committment in many ways;

- All machines are equipped with automation devices to net consistent cycle times, eliminate labor and labor induced variables
- All CNC machines are capable of and do run “lights out" significantly reducing cost for machined items.

- Dual Spindle,Dual Turret lathe with live tool milling capabilities
- Automatic part transfer for first side then second side part machining
- Large diameter bar-fed capacity >3 inches
- Temperature compensated machining envelope
Late Model Dual Turn 20:
- Four axis twin turret/twin headstock lathe.
- Magazine bar feed capabilities for material up to 2" Dia.
- Automatic part transfer for simultaneous first side and second side part turning (cycle times are approximately 1/2 conventional lathe's)
- In-process tool wear checking, part program offset capabilities
Late Model Multiplex 6200Y:
- Five axis, live tool lathe
- Twin turret/twin headstock
- Off center, Y-axis control for secondary machining operations
